Exchanges and Returns

Returns and exchanges are pretty simple with us.

Returns

Canadian & United States

All you need to do is to send us a mail at support@peakboys.ca and tell us the reason for the return and your order number. We'll send you a printable Pre-Paid return label that you'll have to stick on the box and give it to your local post office. The rest is on us.

If the item is new and unused, returned within 30 days of delivery and in its original packaging including all literature/documentation, you won't have any restocking fees.

The cost of using the Pre-Paid return label will be 7$ plus taxes deducted from your refund once we receive the item.

An easy way to get rid of the annoying challenge of carrier fees. 

 

International

All international returns will be at the expense of the customer. Please contact us in these situation and we'll be able to provide a pre-paid return label that might be less expensive than if you go directly at your local post office. 

Exchanges

Canadian & United States

If the size doesn't fit, there's no problem with that. Again within 30 days, simply contact us to mention that the item you ordered doesn't fit, your order number and we'll send you a Pre-Paid return label that you'll have to stick on the box.

For the right size you want, simply place a new order with the desired product to ensure it's availability and to reduce the chance of a mistaken shipment on our side. You'll also be able to get your product the fastest way possible.

 

International

Definition of the condition ''new''

We thought that it's important to mention what is a ''new'' item for the return.

 Helmets and apparel in ''new'' condition are products that haven't been tried outdoor and in any condition that might slightly damage the product so you can try your boots, helmets or jackets at home to see if they suit you well before taking those on a ride.

 Parts in ''new'' condition are parts that haven't been installed and have no signs of installation attempt.

 Any product that's not in new condition is not returnable.
