Returns and exchanges are pretty simple with us.
All you need to do is call us or send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the reason for the return and your order number. We'll send you a printable Pre-Paid return label that you'll have to stick on the box and give it to your local post office. The rest is on us.
If the item is new and unused, returned within 30 days of delivery and in its original packaging including all literature/documentation, you won't have any restocking fees.
The cost of using the Pre-Paid return label will be 7$ plus taxes deducted from your refund once we receive the item.

Return policy for US customers is the same except for the pre-paid return label. Since we can't provide pre-print label with USPS from the US to Canada, mention us that you're from the United States and we'll refund you 50% since you have to go there yourself and we understand what a pain it can be.
If the size doesn't fit, there's no problem with that. Again, simply contact us to mention that the item you ordered doesn't fit, your order number and we'll send you a Pre-Paid return label that you'll have to stick on the box.
For the right size you want, simply place a new order with the desired product to ensure it's availability and to reduce the chance of a mistaken shipment on our side. You'll also be able to get your product the fastest way possible.
Exchange policy for any United States customers is the same as Canadian. For the same reason as mentions in the return policy, we'll refund 50% of the shipping to get the wrong item to us.
We thought that it's important to mention what is a ''new'' item for the return.
Helmets and apparel in ''new'' condition are products that haven't been tried outdoor and in any condition that might slightly damage the product so you can try your boots, helmets or jackets at home to see if they suit you well before taking those on a ride.
Parts in ''new'' condition are parts that haven't been installed and have no signs of installation attempt.
Any product that's not in new condition is not returnable.
